Scheduling: The carrier office called right after agency scheduled. The carrier wanted to pickup from address other than pick up address (Home Depot parking lot) which was accommodated for pick up but the constraint for drop off was mentioned and Bill of landing listed the address of delivery. Pickup (Delayed): The pick up window given was 8 am to noon with heads up of 1 hour. No calls until 10 am so customer had to call office who gave phone number of driver. The driver was called and he would be at accommodated (Home Depot parking lot) in 2 to 2:30 hours (12:30 pm), not later than 3 hours (1 pm). The driver does not call by 12:30 pm so customer calls again and now advised of 1 hour (1:30 pm). The driver reaches the pick up spot at 1:20 pm and expects the customer to be there, yes, believe it or not and sighs when you tell him to wait 5 mins to reach the pick up spot. Delivery: The driver was impolite, unprofessional and didn't want to deliver the vehicle to the address mentioned on bill of landing. He wanted to deliver vehicle on intersection where it is convenient for him but inconvenient to customer. He threatened to leave the car on intersection and lacked basic courtesy in dealing with customer. Overall experience: If you are paying better than average dollar for transport service, you expect better than average service.
