Used US Road Inc through shipacar direct, the carrier named Vito was incredibly rude, did not communicate with me well at all, I had to continuously call him for updates on my car. He told me my car would arrive by noon, by 5:30 I had to call him and ask where my car was and why I hadn't gotten any updates and after calling him 3 times he finally picks up telling me there is something wrong with his truck and that he will call me back in 5 min. Vito never called me back that entire night and wouldn't pick up the phone. He finally delivered the car the next day, never once apologizing for not calling me back and was incredibly rude at pickup. Would never use this company again.
