Poor Customer Service

I scheduled to move my vehicle with this company and after they got the deposit it was like trying to pull teeth to speak with the representative about my vehicle being transported. Before they
got the deposit, they would call me and talk over the process, but after they received the
credit card number and payment, they forgot all about the transport and acted as if I was
bothering them to call and check on the status, when the days ticked by and no call. Needless
to say I would not recommend this company to anyone that is serious about moving their vehicle
I'm sorry they did not come through for me, in moving my vehicle. I had to fire them after 7 days of no activity after the vehicle was supposed to be moved. I was patient and willing to be flexible.

My recommendation to anyone serious about moving their vehicle is to go to a carrier and not
a broker, it may cost a little more but if your car were not worth it you shouldn't ship it.
