Poor Customer Service

My car was picked up on time but the driver who was delivering my vehicle never answered his telephone, had a full mailbox, and never returned a call. His transport company was never available and I never knew what the status of my delivery was. My vehicle was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday so I canceled all of my plans to wait for the delivery...it never came and I never got a call. I waited again on Sunday and NOTHING! Finally around 5p.m. the driver called and said the vehicle would be delivered on Monday afternoon. I stayed home from work to wait for the delivery and it never came. I spend the day calling the driver who of course never answered. The driver finally decided to call back in the evening and said he didn't want to drive through Los Angeles traffic to deliver the vehicle to my home but I was more than welcome to drive to his house in Los Angeles and pick it up myself. He then rudely hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. The following morning I called my representative at Mercury Auto Transport and explained what had happened. The representative seemed concerned about what was going on and he promised to call me back in an hour and it has now been eight days and I have heard absolutely nothing from my representative or the company. Do yourself a favor and use another transport company...it will save you a headache and then some.

Hi Vanessa, We apologize your experience was anything less than great. When we don't reach our aim we do like to know about it. While we are happy you did receive your car and in the same condition we are not pleased with the carrier's communication with you during this transport and are speaking with his company now and most likely will not do business with them again.
