Accident and....

The truck holding my car ran into the running train. Of course, I'm assuming my car is severely damaged. However, I have no idea where my car is, and how much my car is damaged yet. The accident was 2 weeks ago.

I'm not blaming them because of the accident itself. The accident can be happend anyways. The point that I never recommand this company to any others is that they never take the responsibility about the accident. They never call me and never keep me updated about my car. I'm renting the car from my pocket money now.

The real car transporting company is not 'Mercury'. They are just brokers. However, they do connect me to real trucker without my confirmation or anything. That's because I had to trust them by paying $250 at the very beginning.

In sum, if you believe your car will not have any accident during the transport, just go for this company. OTHERWISE, you have to be prepared to call here and there to figure out what's going on my car.

SK, we are sorry that the auto carrier had an unfortunate major accident which almost destroyed the whole trailer. We were actually in the loop as much as your were buy can understand your frustration, anyone would feel the same way. Those these instances are extremely rare they are no doubt stressful. After both of us speaking with each other and the carrier I am glad that everything is now worked out and their insurance company is taking care of you. Best Regards, Management
