This is the first time I was shipping a vehicle. Jim took care of me from beginning to end. He was prompt on his responses, always seemed available via phone, and was very patient in not just doing his work, but explaining the process to me. Despite his numerous reassurances, I was still nervous as it was my first experience shipping my vehicle. But after I gave Jim my dates I needed the car delivered, he did his best to meet those needs and also make sure my vehicle was taken care of. In the end, everything went well and I felt taken care of beginning to end. I appreciated Jim's extra effort to make everything get done according to my needs, patience in explaining the process, and always being willing to take a call. Great customer service.
