First time shipping a car. Called about 10 brokers and even listed it on line for bids. M2 Reeves was not only the least expensive, but Kati was excellent in explaining the process. Of all the customer service people I spoke to from the various companies, Kati was by for the friendliest and the only one the I actually felt like wanted to earn my business. Once I booked with M2 she sent me the information by e-mail and called. During the entire process I had phone access to the driver (Ron from Transportation Specialest -XXXwho was also very professional and excellent to work with) or Kati. I was called after pickup and during transit several times over the weekend. The car would have been a day early, but another car being delivered to a dealer in Chicago who was unwilling to sign for it on a Sunday keep that from happening.

If you have never shipped a car before or had a bad experience with another brooker, save yourself the frustration and let M2 ship it for you. I will definally use them again.
