I was having issues getting my wife's Bday present (2007 Mustang) picked up in Utah. I bought it back on 7/18/08 and was told by the dealer/ broker it would be here in 7 to 10 days. After getting jerked around by 2 brokers and one actual shipping company for 10 days, I contacted M2Reeves and spoke with Katie. Katie turned out to be a Godsend. On 7/30/08, Katie took my pick up info, and said she would call as soon as she lined up a truck. My initial thought was "great here we go again", boy was I wrong. Katie lined up a truck and My car was picked up less than 24 hours after our first contact. The driver (Dave) was polite and prompt. At first the car was supposed to be here monday 8/4/08 in the late afternoon. Dave called around 10am sunday morning 8/3/08 and told me he was making great time and asked if he could drop my car off early. I asked how early thinking he was kidding with me, and he replied " I'm about 3 hours out so is the early afternon good?" All I can say is WOW. Top Notch service and great communication from Katie and Dave. Also Ashley was a great help to dealing with one small issue @ the pick up site (dealers fault). I've been told that alot of "Shippers" will get on here and give themselves great reviews, if so that is sad. M2Reeves and Wave trucking THANK YOU for being honest and reliable in a buisness that seems to have ALOT of people who will promise you everything but can't deliver anything. I usually buy a wrecked car every few months. M2Reeves and Wave trucking, YOU GUYS from now on will be the only ones handling my vehicles. Thank you again to Katie and Ashley (M2Reeves) and Dave (Wave Trucking).
