They arrived to pick up car on 12/26. They immediately told me that the trip would require an additional $200 above and beyond the already agreed upon price because the car had personal belongings in it. Delivery was scheduled for 1/2. The vehicle was ultimately delivered 7 days late with ZERO, ZERO communication. I had to call repeatedly, after the car was already 3 days late. There was never any word that they were running behind. I say call repeatedly because NO ONE answers the phone. It just rings. FOREVER. If you call enough times, eventually someone will pickup and lie to you about the status. Once I finally got someone one the line, I was ASSURED my vehicle would be delivered three days later. (6 days late). Surprise! The vehicle was not delivered and I was not informed. On the 7th late day I started the process of serial dialing again. A few hours later, someone finally picked up. Told me the car would be delivered within the next 2-4 hours. 10 hours later, without hearing a single word from them, the car arrived. The only good thing I can say is that the car was free of damage upon arrival. Stay away!
