Liars, no communication at all and full of excuses

We set up a 2 car enclosed service with federal logistics and they total disappeared for 3 days , we called this company literally over 100 times within 3 days , no call no show no communication and then calls me after the fourth day says they were sorry they had a flat tire . My client paid slot of money for attend a rally and because of this company they didn’t make it . There truly don’t care about doing there job professionally
