It has been weeks since I arranged for my vehicle to be shipped and I was assured that it would be picked up by latest 4 days ago. I left numerous voicemails and never ONCE got a return call. I had to call again and again just to cancel the request and they couldn't even have cared less about the loss of the sale.

Worst customer service ever - and that speaks volumes about their work ethic and how they would handle your vehicle.
