Poor customer service experience

The company uses the "bait & Switch" method. I was told it would be picked up in 5-7 days at a certain price but when I called in 10 days was told I had to raise the bid amount. There wasn't any communication up until I called and was told to up my bid. I had given complete instructions on where the mini van was etc and was told by Margo and Kirby I would get a call from the driver so I could give directions and who I left keys with etc. I never received a call from the driver as he went to the PU address and started trying to find someone and disrupting them. If he had of called me on my cell I would have given him the lady to talk to and it would have been easy. He finally found the lady and then called my nephew at the delivery point and told him he was in FT Lauderdale instead of Bradenton Fla because It was Ft Lauderdale on the paperwork. I had clearly given the Bradenton address and printed it out to prove it. He then asked my nephew for an extra $50.00 because he had to go to Ft Lauderdale when the paperwork clearly said Bradenton. Overall a bad experience with poor customer service and questionable business practices. I would not recommend or use again.
