I have never been treated with as much disrepect as I was today by your employee Kirby. When I tried to explain to him that I had phoned your Customer Service yesterday and confirmed that the quote given to me of $826 was still valid prior to confirming via the email I had received, he got very angry with me and even went as far as to say that nobody wanted to take the delivery to Maine anyway. He also asked me if I wanted to cancell my order and when I stated no he proceeded to tell me that he was cancelling the order and hung up on me. If this is the way your employee treats your customers I am glad I am not going to do business with you. I understand everyone has a bad day but Kirby took it to the extreme. I will never do business with you and would definetly not recommend you to anyone else.
