Feedback on experience with Easy Car Move

I received an email from Margo - Easy Car Move on July 23, 2012 soliciting my business to have my car shipped and providing quotes with different options for delivery, simultaneously, I received at least 25 similar emails from different shippers. I completed the transaction to purchase the vehicle on July 24, and on July 25, I embarked on the process of selecting the appropriate shipper that would handle the shipment on a timely manner. After reviewing a few emails, I contacted Easy Car Move and spoke to Kirby on July 25. I explained that I was traveling out of the country on business on July 31, and I needed my car delivered by July 30. Kirby assured me that if I completed the online request selecting the RUSH72HRS option on the website immediately it will be delivered on time. The vehicle was never picked up. I tried to reach the driver Solomon Da on several occasions, but he did not answer his phone and his voicemail was full. I called Easy Car Move 18 times since last Friday, and it was only at 3:44 pm today that Kirby returned my call, followed by an email at 4:52pm approving cancellation per my request. This experience was very frustrating and the behaviour and service from the company was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted another shipper to pick up my car.
