UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLAIMED BAD COMMENTS ON INTERNET WERE TRUE

I am shocked at the call that I just had with a so called company representative. I called in because after 2 weeks of them telling me that they would pick up my car they informed me that they needed 4 more days to see if the bid would be picked up. I exclaimed that "I guess all the bad reviews that I read were true?" He then in a sarcastic voice said "Yes, ma'am we do hold the trips and then we hike up the bid." I was silent waiting for him to say something like "I am just kidding"...but I had to be the first to speak. I asked " r u serious?" It just went down hill from there...I asked for his name like 20 times and then he told me that he didn't like my tone and was going to cancel my order. I asked him why? He contunued to let me know that he had kids and that he lived a a free country and he could say what ever he wanted. I then told him that it was very unprofessional what he was saying to me and that he couldn't say what ever he wanted because he was an employee and representing the company in an extremely rude manner. Needless to say he cancelled my order without my authorization and then guaranteed me that I would not be charged anything. Such false information and unprofessionalizm leaves me a bit spectical. Leson learned. BUYER BEWARE! I hope his supervisor calls me because I deserve an appology and he finally told me his name (Fernando) but I also think that was a lie. I hope they are able to trace the email he sent me. USELESS employee that makes a company look bad.
