Although I was initially thrilled when I received the phone call my car had arrived in Colorado early, I was quickly dissspointed after I received a phone call saying that significant damage had occured to my vehicle. The consensus of everyone who viewed the damage was that a ramp had fallen on my hood, leaving two sizable gouge marks. The damages totalled over 1000.00 and the need for a new hood. DAS is only willing to compensate 150.00 because I did not buy the additional insurance. The additional insurance was never discussed with me by the sales person, only put in writing. For a company who prides themselved on honesty and integrity I was thoroughly disspointed in their failure to rectify the situation.
