Originally I contacted First Choice Auto Shipping to ship two vehicles 3 weeks before my wife and I left Washington State. They didn't contact us, but we were told that it would take 7 to 10 days to set everything up, so I didn't worry anything and waited for their call. I never heard back from them after 10 days. When I contacted them, I was told that they couldn't find the driver because their quote was too low, and they suggested to raise the price from $2,200 to $2,400 to attract drivers. I agreed to do so and waited their call but never hever heard back again. When I contacted them about a week before our departure day, they told me that the area we were going to is not a popular route, so they suggested to have a driver drop off our vehilces about 150 miles away from our destination. In the middle of the cross counry move, I really didn't want another stresser like that. Out of desperation, I contacted Cascade Auto Shipping Inc. Glory was pleasant and very professional. She assured me she would do anything she could to take of our vehicled incluidng calling drivers. I think she went out of her way to accomodate us. She called me next day to tell me that she found the driver and he could pick up the vehicles the day after. Although the pick up date got pushed back one day, the truck driver called me the day before to give me heads-up.
