Wow...I have shipped numerous vehicles in the past and have to say I'll only be using Cascade in the future. First and foremost they were straightforward with information and gave me a quote of 695 with insurance door to door. My vehicle was picked up the VERY NEXT day and delivered in 6....yeah NEXT day......really. When evaluating shipping a vehicle I worry about going with a company that quotes too low. Oftentimes the vehicle may not get shipped for some time due to a less then realistic quote and therefore drivers are not as interested in making the pickup. And what's the point in saving money if it gives me an even larger headache. Kimberly was professional yet carefree and easy to talk to. She seemed confident and more importantly....RELAXED. There's nothing better then not having to worry whether or not someone else is doing their job. She contacted me with all necessary information when appropriate and kept me adequately informed. Customer service is a skill that is hard to learn and even more difficult to find. You can relax as a customer knowing that Cascade will take care of you. Thank you Kimberly for making it seem easy.
