Cascade customer service was excellent and delivery was picked up on time and delivered early. We had no problems whatsoever. The driver was communicative and let us know 26 hours in advance he'd be early so allowing us time to get the payment ready. My only complaint was someone on the phone telling me drivers were limited to driving 350 miles a day which as far as I can tell is not the case. The legal limit today is 11 hours/day, allowing two drivers to easily travel the 2600 miles in 60 hours (2 1/2 days). Lucky for us, we were the 3rd drop off. I think they were just trying to cover if we happened to be left to the last drop off. It's a somewhat minor thing; bottom line is we are happy with the delivery of the new wheels!
