This has been a horrifying experience to say the least .I have waited to see if this company has a shred of decency and refund my down payment but I guess that makes me an even bigger sucker for thinking that .I have planned my cross country move (NC to AZ) for a long time , so I can be sure everything goes off without a hitch . I am sure anyone that is reading this is either planning a move or is researching moving companies. So since I had to do this move alone I had my work cut out for me . Ms Irene Nuzzy from Allstars auto transport assured me that I had nothing to worry about they would pick up my Mustang from my daughters house in GA my pick up date was supposed to be 26 to 28 July which had changed from 29th to 30th . Several days ahead I called to make sure everything is still set for those days but I could not get a hold of anyone in the office . My red flags went off at that time but I was just so hopeful, that I ignored them I called from then on every day leaving messages but no return calls no emails no acknowledgements from Allstars autotransport .Time was running out I had purchased my ticket to fly on the 31st ,my daughter was leaving for assignment the same day I was supposed to fly to AZ , in other words no one there to ship my car .I was forced to drive by myself from GA to AZ . some would say hey thats not too bad ...let me tell ya you do not know what your talking about ...anyway ..not only have I now lost a ticket , my down payment 150 $, the nights I had to stay in hotels ,food ,gas not to mention the stress on me .If you know what s good for you do not waste your time or money because you will lose your down payment . I know 150 dollars is not much to many folks but I have contacted a lawyer to make sure this will not ever happen to anyone else . The BBB has been notified they assured me they will investigate since there have been more complaints and that they will take appropriate action as well. To end all this on thurs (a week after my supposed to be shipping date ) Irene N . Calls my sons House in AZ (not my phone or send me a email ) to say she has a truck for me the next day ... Lady at that point i didn t need anyone's truck I had just arrived in AZ ...besides I wouldn t trust you to take my trash to the trashcan let alone ship my car for me ....and Irene do not bother to comment on this review since you are not going to be truthful anyway ..just refund my Money that would be the decent thing to do ......
