I sent up pickup of my 2007 Dodge Nitro (running) on May 5th of 2012. I Thought that everything was going to go well being that I spoke with Mike. He said I was all set once I paid my Broker Fee. He even explained that he had a driver and were my Vehicle was going to go. When the day to have my car pick up came (06-19-2012) I did not hear from Allstars at all, NO ONE AT ALLSTARS CALLED ME. I tried to call them leaving several messages with no return call. I them had to renter my information into the web site again and got a call. I spoke with Irene N. Who said that she would look into after I explained what was going on. Again I waited to hear back from them as to when a driver could be there. This is when I found out that no drive had been assigned to pick up my vehicle. I tried for several days to have them pickup my car before I moved but that never happened. I even spoke with Dominick he was unable to help or call me back with updates of what was going on. With no help from Allstars I then made other plans to get my vehicle to California.
BUT THIS DOES NOT END HERE, On 06-19-2012 after speaking with Irene N. several times I faxed my paper work back to get a FULL REFUND because no service was completed, Well as of this day I am still trying to get Dominick or even Irene to call be back, When I have talk to them they give me the run around and nothing gets processed.
This Company has VERY POOR SERVICE, IS NOT HONEST, and DO NOT TRUST THEM
All I was asking for was a return for the 175.00 Dollars in which no service was rendered
