Our two vehicles were never picked-up. My phone calls were not returned by a customer service representative or a manager--I just had to keep calling Able. When I finally got the chance to speak to a supervisor or manager, Able said that they do not know when the vehicles would be picked-up. I'm still stranded without a vehicle. There was no remorse from Able nor an offer to help me rent a car. They obviously could care less about my business.
