Able transport - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MULTIPLE ITEMS STOLEN

Able Auto Transport initially said they'd pick up the auto in 3 - 5 days. 3 weeks later they finally picked up the car in California. Then they double booked the pick up and weren't sure what transport company had the car. We paid over a $1000 and got very poor customer service.

Today, we got the car. They said you could put up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk of the car. All items were in the trunk. THERE WERE SEVERAL IMPORTANT ITEMS STOLEN. The drivers have no business going through the trunk. They left the head lights on in the car and the battery was dead when it arrived.

No one will take responsibility and I hope anyone reading this is careful and projtects themselves from these thieves. BEWARE OF ALL AUTO TRANSPORTERS, I have since heard many bad stories and wish we'd driven the car across the country ourselves.
