I got a quote and was told I could make adjustments up to 1 week ahead of time. I did and was told even though the process dropped for removing items I had to pay the original price. The movers they recommended damaged our old place and new place and iMovers did not help. Spent more on repairs than the cost of the move. Stay away from them.
