I had mistakenly contracted with a different broker, whose company I did NOT check on the BBB site (my bad). Autostart followed up on a months - old call I had made to them, and Demetri warned me I had been given an under-priced amount and was in danger of having a "bait and switch" experience. He tipped me to check their BBB rating, and indeed, it was an "F." I switched to autostart, paid more, but it was a fair price and the driver was a total pro. No regrets.
