This is a HORRIBLE company. Please read the other reviews before using them. Once they received my deposit of $150 it all went downhill!! They didn't pick up my car even though I explained to the representative that I was flying out that same day. Now, 3 days later, still no pick up and I can't get in contact with anyone to help me out.
I have been very understanding during the entire process and tried to be pleasant. But THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! It looks like I'm going to have to FLY BACK AND DRIVE MY OWN CAR!!
Now I'll have to begin the process to get my deposit back, but looking at the reputation of this company it probably won't happen. I'm definitely reporting them to the BBB and will be contacting a lawyer to review my options.
