i was agreed to for $320 and they said pick up will be in 1-5 days.I have told have to pay $100 to be picked up and then when i receive the car $220 more.After i pay $100 i have to communicate with dispatcher and thats what i am told. I talked to dispatcher and she told me all truck drivers were busy thats why it has not been picked up and day later she call me tell me that she have got driver can pick up my car but he was requesting $390 i said would be fine $70 extra to pay also i was SUPPOSE to get to car next day.specifically i ask her includes my $100 from beginning.She said yes and guess what happen..I have received car today and i have to pay $390 otherwise they wont give me the car.
Basically this company will give you lowest cost but at the and you pay more than other companies offers..Also driver told me that this company didnt pay his $100 last time he made a deal with them so thats how they making money off of driver and customer by LYING and DISHONESTY. They hang up phone to your face also they know who it is..Last time $100 from driver this time $100 from me thats the way they will make their money look like.
Be careful if you decide to work with this people.

Engin, I am sorry to see that you felt you didn't experience a five star service from our company. However, we only gave you an offer that a driver had given us. When we get those offers we do not hold you to taking that offer. You were aware of the new quote at the time of dispatch. A vehicle is not released to a driver until there is confirmation from the client. In the end your vehicle was picked up and delivered. We hope that in the future you do keep us in mind.
