I sent out for a quote to have my car transported from Houston, TX to South Dakota. Your Choice Auto Transport came back with the lowest quote of all with $550.00. Let me tell you right up front that least cost doesn't out weight best cost! They scheduled my car to be pick up on 3/5/10 with delivery a few days later. The order was placed on 3/1/10. I called may times prior to 3/5/10 with little success in getting a hold of this company to check status to ensure everything was on track as stated. Your Choice Auto transport ensured me my car would be picked up on 3/5/10 and as soon as a driver picked up my car the driver would be calling me. Well 3/5/10 came and went just like the wind! I tried many times in contracting Brad who is employeed with this company to find out what was the hang up. It took me mainy phones calls before I was able to get in touch with someone only to find out they still haven't located a transport truck to pick up my car! Well after paying $150.00 deposit and waiting 15-days with no results, I decided to switch to another transport company that gave me great results! So long story short! One needs to understand the rules of how the game is played in the world of auto transporting. As stated above least cost doesn't out weight best cost. What that means is the lower your quoted price will determine the priority of when you get your car picked up. The truckers that are looking to transport your car are really only looking at price! The highier the price the more likely you are in getting your car picked up on time! The lower the price...well...good luck with that one! The second rule is location from point to another. As for my case TX wasn't the problem with getting the car picked up, it was SD that was the problem in getting some truck driver to come up this way! So it pays to ask those questions up front before signing your name on the dotted line! Also be aware of the up charge sell! If your quote is to lower and they can't find a transport company to take your car, they will start shopping you around with other transporters to find out what the truck driver would be willing to transport your car for you. So read the contract that states subjest to price change! If you have a low quote you have a 90% or greater chance they will be calling you back to up sell you! and after you have waited so longer you'll just cave in! So understand the rules first and fully what I am saying and you should be good! This was all communicated to me by the second transport company that I went with and had great sucess! STAY AWAY FROM YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT!

Bill, I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel you had received a full five star service. However, Bill I did look over the order I noticed that it actually took us a little over our average scheduling process, which it took 10 business days for us to arrange the carrier to pick up your vehicle. By the time we got a hold of you to confirm and called the driver back he was fully booked. Were at the mercy of the drivers and what they will do the job for us. Our customers are very important to us and we have many repeat customers because of this.
