I have shipped a total of 19 vehicles before and used a broker for probally 15 of the 19 and NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE dealt with such a bunch of lieing individuals. I know how the entire dispatch system works and posting your vehicle on the board for pickup. Well I was told by Andrew Riggs that he knew of a driver that was going through the area that I needed my vehicle picked up at and it would be no longer than two days for pickup. He was persistant on getting my deposit so he could ensure the vehicle to be picked up on time. As soon as I made the $100 deposit, I never could get in touch with Andrew again. He would not return my phone calls, emails, nothing and let me remind you that "prior to the depsoit" the phone wouldn't ring but once before he answered it and I would recieve a reply to an email within 2 minutes from him but after the deposit I dodn't exsist in his eyes. I then started contacting the dispatch department which consist of Amber, Cindy, and Martha that are all the biggest liars ever imaginable as well. I would call and they would put me on hold for 30 minutes to an hour and then hang up. I was told by one of them to shut up, then after a week and a half of waiting for my vehicle to be picked up, Martha decided to refund my deposit. She ensured me it would be a 100% refund and guess what I only got refunded $44 of the $100 another lie. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to tell me why I only recieved $44. So basically to sum my experience up, I wasted 10 days waiting with this company, was lied to by every employee that works there, and treated with more disrespect than I've ever recieved in my entire life and it costed me $66. Sounds like a great deal doesn't it. Seriously NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS YOU LIVE. THEY EAT, SLEEP, AND BREATH LIES. Get on the web and google there name and see how many similar stories pop up.

Justin, sorry you feel this way, were at the mercy of the drivers and what they will do the job for us. Also, the location where we were trying to assign a carrier was a little tough to get a carrier to go to that area. I'm sorry for any inconsistency in service; we really do strive to provide honest, friendly, and efficient service. Our customers are very important to us and we have many repeat customers because of this.
