Sue Wheeler was consuted about my frustration with another broker/carrier I had hired on July 7. My vehicle had not been picked up on July 28 when I spoke with Sue regarding hiring her to accomplish my transport. Sue Wheeler was more than just helpful. She was courteous, very informative, and extremely courteous in our communication. Let me emphasize that Sue did not make a penny from me in this transaction and we spoke 3 or 4 times in one day. HER PATIENCE LEVEL IS EXTRODINARY!!!!!By following her suggestions(and she provided more than one) I was able to get my vehicle shipped within 24 hours...HIRE WHEELER SHIPPING FOR TRANSPORT if you want a worry-free transport, fair price, and superb service..
