I had problems getting a response out of Webster and left a negative review earlier. The reason was that their hauler, D&D Hot Shots, somehow lost a part off of my antique truck. This was not Webster's fault, but they were the broker I contracted with for my shipment. Wayne called me after seeing the negative review and asked why I hadn't contacted him beforehand. turns out that none of the emails originating from my AOL account were getting through to his hotmail.com account. I instead emailed him from my office and everything was received perfectly. So, it was a wierd technical problem causing the poor communications between us.
Since D&D never did respond to my calls, Wayne stepped up for them and actually provided a refund to cover the lost part. He was very responsive once he got my emails. I would say he has an honest, stand-up operation. The true test of a business is what they do once a problem has occurred. Wayne passed that test. He was also a good price and extremely prompt. I plan to use them again, and withdraw my earlier complaints
