DAMAGED MY CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND THEN DENIED IT!!!

Driver drove the trailer through low hanging branches in front of me, dragging my pair of 2011 Porsche 911's through the trees and then parked with one of the cars in another tree. He then refused to unload the cars so that they could be inspected for damage before I PAID THEM!!! I WATCHED HIM DO THIS!!! I have plenty of pictures of the cars still in the trees. Both cars were damaged with deep scratches. One car was scratched from the headlight to the tail light through the clear coat. The other car suffered a scratch across the hood.

The driver didn't fill out inspection reports before loading them, and didn't have any signatures for them. Had no bill of lading and refused to give me his drivers license and insurance card until I called the police. The owner then offered to return my check to compensate for the damages and offered to have someone try to remove the scratches. I accepted his offer to return my check and then he deposited it anyway and has ignored all further attempts at communication.
