Mike, the driver, promised that he would pick up my car the day after our initial contact. He did not show up. I called him, and he explained that he would be there the following day. Again, he did not show up. I called him again, and he told me that he ran out of room on his truck and would be unable to pick it up. Due to this, I lost a lot of time, had to switch transport companies, and my car, of course, will not be at its destination on time.
