The pick-up was one day late, requiring me to find someone else to handle the pick-up. I told Viking, yet the man was rude and condesending.

The driver arrived at 11:30 pm to pick-up the car, after I was told they would be there at 9pm (which was still much later than I would have liked).

The driver called me the following day asking for directions (he could barely speak any English). Shortly afterwards I received another call from the driver telling me he would not come to my house because he said the road was too small and he wasn't sure if he could make it into my neighborhood - even though I already had an 18 wheeler moving van at my door!!! I then had to leave the movers at my house and drive 4 miles to where the driver stopped and unloaded my car.

Never again!!!

Unfurtunetly Sir delays do happen in the trucking industry as it does in mos transportation industry. The driver was delayed and he made every effort to pick up your car on a timely manner which he did, Because he still picked up under the 3 day window that we require. And your car was delivered safe, sound and in a timely manner. And the driver was not able to get into your neighborhood because you live in a tree line street which would have damage the other vehicles that he had on the top level. Which you oviously do not respect that the driver did not want to damage any of the other cars he had on the truck. So we feel that your review is frivolous.
