Please read! Refund

My account was closed by Viking Auto on September 20 of 2011, I was told my refund would be done in 3-5 business days it still has not arrived. After many promises that this problem will be resolved nothing has happened. It has now been almost 3 months since cancellation and still no refund. This is a terrible way to handle business and would highly recommend NOT using this company!

We apologize for the delay in your refund. But as you allready know and failed to mention is this review, is that your deposit has been refunded in full. Even though you did not qualify for a refund since we had assigned a truck to pick up your vehicle. This company still refunded your deposit in full. So we are very suprised that you would post this negative review.
