On a Thursday I ordered car transport with this company for 2 days after which was a Saturday and it was the worst experience of my life. Ordered a transport with a winch due to my car not starting and was given a$200 quote to tow from PA to NY. At time of scheduled pick up I called to confirm pick up time and was told it's Saturday dont have many trucks eventho i ordered it 2 days prior and was assured that they had a truck available. Then the only way i can get it tow was to pay and additional $475 then the truck didn't show up until next day and instead of using a winch which I requested they used a truck to push my car on the trailer causing damage to both front and rear bumpers and at drop off the truck driver hit the corner of my house causing slight damage smh. Now being giving the run around between the tow company n booking company on who's responsible. If I knew all this was gonna happen I would've rented a dolly n transported it myself. I even tried to cancel but was told the money I already paid is nor refundable. Absolutely loss with this company. Please be careful people. And communication sucks
