Rude, dishonest and slow

Had my car picked up from Texas on Wednesday. 2 days later, I called them to check on the status and was told that I will get my car on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called them and was told something's wrong with their truck and Thursday will be the latest that I will get my car. On Wednesday, I called them again to check but they never answer any of my calls. I called them at different times throughout the day but no answer eventhough they have 2 numbers. On Thursday, I called them again and was told that the driver had to layover somewhere and I will get my car on Friday morning. Its funny because on Tuesday, I was told that my car is at Missouri and it will only take 4 hours to get to Nebraska. (Thats what they told me) On Friday, the driver told me that she will deliver my car at 11pm or 12am. At 11.30pm, I called the driver again and she rudely told me that she's tired and I will have to wait till Saturday morning then hang up on me. I finally got my car on Saturday morning. Took them 10 days to get my car delivered from Texas to Nebraska!

They are rude and they don't keep you up to date about the status of your car. When you call them, they don't answer calls half the time. If you don''t really care about your car, go ahead and have them shipped your carl. Or else, save yourself all that time and money and look for a better shipping company.
