I paid Frank's Auto Shipping Transport a deposit of $150 and told them my car was inoperable. They brokered the job out to Valy for $950 on delivery. Frank's didn't tell Valy that the car was inoperable, so he had a hard time getting it on his huge tractor trailer rig (3 and a half hours). Valy was very honest and also called to let us know when he would be here. Because the car was inoperable, Valy and my husband had a hard time getting the car off the trailer(over an hour), also because the rear brake lines on the rear axles were crushed by the chains Valy had to use to get the car down and the car then had no brakes. It wasn't Valy's fault, it was Frank's for not telling him before hand that the car was inoperable. My husband and I liked Valy and were happy with his service.
