I shipped my car from Illinois to California. Upon delivering my car, they asked me to Zelle the fee. I did, and I even confirmed with Chase that it had been delivered to Valy Express. They tried to scam me by saying it wasn't delivered and that they'd need another $800 via Venmo. I called Chase again, and these guys started threatening the cops on me! I said go ahead, call the cops, I've sent you the money! It took me dialing 911 in my phone after they threatened to take my car for them to finally admit the money had shown up in their account. Absolute scam. Do not use.
