This company was brokered to ship my car. My car arrived and was damaged. The company still expected payment. I paid because a service was rendered. The company guaranteed me that my car would be fixed. Almost a month later, my car is still not fixed and the company never calls me and lately has not corresponded even by email. This incident happened almost one month ago and still no resolution from VLS, LLC. The owner was very short with me and no help at all either. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am having to seek other means in order for my car to be repaired.
