The customer was advised at inception that there could be no guaranteed shipping date, only that we could pickup the vehicle on the date requested at an extra charge [per paragraph#1 of the terms and conditions] which the customer received but evidentally never read. If the customer would have read all the paperwork sent to him, he would have realized that there would be a cancellation fee.
Subsequently, this customer wrote an entire artcle about VIP, etc, which did not even pertain to the shipping of his car, it was totally slandering, as a result we are in the process of suing this customer for slander. No one in this business can make guarantees, since the brokers do not own the trucks, that is why we need a window for pickup.
You should be aware that the new york attorney that you have talked is presently being sued by several people for slander and defamation, there reputation is nothing but garbage and should not be relied upon.
