Dear Sherry Mcgregor,
We regret to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. When you called to place your reservation, there was a carrier available for your particular route, but we never confirmed with you that this driver in particular was transporting your vehicle. We apologize that your contact waited two days for the driver, but we never told you the driver was assigned for those two days. As with all of our customers, once we have a driver assigned, we send out a dispatch notice with the carrier`s contact information. This way there is no confusion or waiting around on the customers` part. We never received a cancellation request from you, Sherry, or else we would have canceled your order and proceeded accordingly. Our intent was not to hold you hostage, but since we never received a cancel request, we did continue to work on your order and assigned a driver to transport the vehicle. Unfortunately, you stopped answering our calls and never responded to our emails. We left you several messages in an attempt to resolve the situation, but unfortunately you have not returned any of our calls.
