Worst experience ever!

This company should be put out of business for the way they treat Service Members! From the beginning the way the SALES people treated me way disgusting. They say they already have a truck in your area on xxx date and they know they will be able to book your shipment. And if you want them to say they guarantee the date and time they pick up it WILL cost you extra. If you pay the extra for the guarantee it really not still guaranteed, they only guarantee a time frame. Then after you book they never talk to you again, you have to start calling a customer service person that has no idea about your shipping details. And don't put a deposit down! The deposit goes directly to the Booking agent as his commission. My car didn’t get picked up when they said it would, then I got a call saying..."OK, we found a truck that will take the car but they want more money." At that point if you are like me you have no other option due to time constraints to pay it. They told me the carrier wanted 320 dollars more to pick it up and that since I was military they were willing to pay half. Bulls***. After talking to the driver he said all the ever asked for was $100.00 more. He (the truck driver) only wanted more money because the money you put down for a deposit doesn’t go to the actual carrier. The actual truck driver wasn’t that bad, but he was irritated that I was calling him to make sure he was still on time. Which he wasn’t.

Overall worst experience ever!! Read reviews!!! Never put down a deposit. Never pay extra, and never go with this company.
