This customer was clearly told not to put any personal or valuables in the car and that is clearly stated on the contract. She did not tell us that she would be on a cruise in Mexico for a week. Had we known that we would have made sure to schedule her transport accordingly. She never told us that anything was "stolen" until well after it supposedly happened. I have never in the past 5 years had one of my drivers steal anything. I find that a little hard to believe.
