I was told to wire my $250 deposit in Ultimate Logistics account and did 4/13/05. My vehicle was scheduled for pickup 4/20/05. No one showed and no one called. I called and asked for customer service and they informed me there are no lines to customer service. They informed me the driver broke down. Next pick up date 5/2/05, I called again late afternoon on 5/2/05 when no one showed again. I dealt with numerous people via phone the week of 5/2/05 about the situation. On 5/9/05 I was informed that they can't get a driver and I should secure another company. I was told to fax a refund request to Lenoard Proietto in order to receive my deposit. The week of 5/9/05 I tried to contact Mr. Proietto several times a day, leaving my name & return phone number. I was informed he would call me but he never did. Finally on 5/17/05 I was connected to Mr. Proietto. Mr. Proietto informed me that the contract that we were mailed states no refunds if we cancel. I didn't cancel! They never showed! It was rescheduled and they didn't show again! I only sent a letter of cancellation because I was told it was the only way to receive my deposit. When I asked him to listen to what really happened, he said in a loud voice he didn't have to and hollered at me, "What don't you understand about the word no!" During my numerous phone calls I was told not to worry. They will deliver or make sure I am treated right and that they have an outstanding report w/the BBB.

This is out and out planned thievery. Do not use this company! They will steal from you.
