Ultimate Logistics ripped off my 22 year-old daughter! The truck did not show on the scheduled day of pickup. No one called to tell us they were not coming. We had to get another company on short notice costing us more. Now Evelyn Balan, Leonard Proietto and their staff refuse to refund our $250 deposit. Neither of these two owners have returned our numerous calls.

I am told customer service does not take customer calls. Would you want to do business with a company that does not allow their customer service department to accept customer calls?

Quoted price was $975.00. Company contact person - Glen Holsman. We were referred to Ultimate Logistics by Star of David Moving Company. $250.00 deposit paid 3-15-05. Pickup was scheduled for 3-23-05. Promised delivery date 4-3-05.

No call / no show. We had to call them to find out why they didn't show. We were told the truck broke down and the truck would next be available 4-7-05. We made it clear to them we were leaving the state 3-29-05 and we could not wait until the following month. We were told to fax a letter explaining our circumstance in order to have our deposit refunded. This was done 3-28-05. Today is 4-23-05 and they continue to refuse to refund our deposit.
