they are as nice as pie when you call them for a quote but what they don't tell you is they are a broker. They quote you a price WITHOUT having a firm driver lined up. They quoted me $840 to transport and the the week before I called to confirm the day "no problem we are schedule that day for pick up"- when in reality they were not.

I sat at my house - less than 20 hours before I was to fly out with my 3 children from VA to CA and I had to call to confirm that we coming that day. They weren't.

Apparently, the jack*** that quoted me (Freddie) quoted me TOO LOW and no trucker bought off on it. NO CAR PICKUP. They wanted me to shell out more money and more money because THEY underbid when originally quoted me.

After hours on the phone with the dispatcher and begging for my life, the car got picked up the next day. When it arrived in California, it was dirty as hell, scratches all over and the driver damaged the roadway when delivering.

I cannot believe they just sent me an email asking me to rate them. I am sure they will not post this but thought I'd type it out anyway to release the frustration that FAST AUTO TRANSPORT caused me. NIGHTMARE - do NOT NOT NOT use them.
