My experience was very good. They picked it up on time in FL, they dropped it off on time in CA, and the vehicle had no damage. Communication was pretty good. My driver was Kartlos and he was friendly and a good communicator. Shipping a brand new car is always a bit nerve-wracking, but in the end it was a very positive experience.
