I was matched with this company through Movewheels, and the whole experience was terrible. My car was scheduled to be picked up in California at between 3:30-4pm so I adjusted my schedule. The driver called at 2pm and said he was there, then gave me a hard time about packing my car more than 100 pounds. I'm 5'4 and about 110 pounds and loaded it in 10 minutes. It was no more than 100 pounds. The car was originally estimated to arrive in Florida on Tuesday. I didn't receive any calls with updates. On Tuesday I called dispatch at 9am and they said the driver would call when he woke up. He did not. I called dispatch again around 3pm, and they said the car would arrive between 9am-1pm Thursday. I let dispatch know that I sent the driver an address of a parking lot to ensure he had enough space to park. On Thursday, I got a call at 9am that the driver would be there in 30 minutes. I reminded him I sent a text with the address of a parking lot and I would meet him there. I walked 2 miles to the parking lot and called him, and he said he was outside my neighborhood. I had to grab a Lyft back, and then the driver told me he saw my text when I got back. Terrible customer service. Never again.
