They apparently enjoy revenge

I'm stating facts and only the facts in this text. Let's start with transportreviews answer to my question about my original "Sunday 8/12" review being deleted on their website and "replaced" with a good extremely short review:

1. It appears that if/when they hacked you they got your confirmation id and removed the review as “Customer Requested”. S's response to transportreviews response: Understand I never contacted US Auto after I, in essence, fired them on a Monday when my bike was ready to be picked up. I understand now that US Auto said I wasn't a customer because I did not get delivery of my bike from them and I understand that. I received a quote from them. I was in contact with them by phone and email. They asked me to google+1 them (in short, advertise them) and they told me I was getting whatever they offered in their promotion tab. Fortunately, What happened after submitting my first review here, however, was unethical at a minimum - whether or not it was coincidental or not will be for you to determine.

2. On Sunday 8/12, after much trepidation about the repercussions about giving a bad review, I entered an honest one. It was poor (one step above this but things happened after posting the almost completely poor review making them "Poor."
2a. I immediately left the house to have a bit of fun.
2b. When I returned home @30 minutes later, my partner said there were multiple calls from US Auto and she answered one of them. MIKE yelled at her for the bad review. She yelled back and said I wasn't in.
Mike said something along the lines that I was hurting their reputation (what reputation, I had not been able to find an online review of them).
2c. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I sent this website (transportreviews) a short note asking them to clarify a somewhat ambiguous statement. Things grew bigger (worse, perhaps).
2d. When I went to my yahoo account, I had been locked out. I don't know how long yahoo has been around but it feels like ten years and that would be about how long I created my userid. I never locked myself out. But I got in and saw two emails from Mike that were available (but I didn't look at them) had been deleted AND I did not delete them. That's a promise.
2e. After I logged out, did some things and logged in again, I was locked out again. That's very curious. It stopped by Monday but someone was in my account or messing with it out of state 7 times within a period of @30 minutes on Sunday (maybe more but this was all that was displayed).
2d. When I went to look at my review again on this website on Sunday, my poor review had been deleted and replaced with a short-glowing review (same date). (Now, in computer terms, see item 1 above.) This is where transportreviews came in and informed me what I knew :) but it provides more evidence. I received the IP address in Pompano Beach, FL and it was used to send the email to remove my initial reviews. Then they received another review, using that same IP addr., that was short, sweet, and positive. Remember - I live far from FL and I had nothing to do with the remove or add request.
3. Quick bottom line with US Auto ... - They never sent me a quote for an enclosed carrier - they resent me their quote for an open carrier. I was thrown by their price increase and that was up to them to communicate to the customer. I received a note stating a carrier was in the area at 12:15 to pick up the bike. I made it clear I would not use them. I found a fabulous company on my 2nd call and used them and would recommend them.

Ironically, I just don't have enough room to post all that happened with the company. I opted not to use them - they didn't communicate a new closed quote to me as others had and got mad at me (Monday - ship day). They asked me to google 1 them when I hadn't received the end product (my bike). They said they would give me their promotional offer (which made no sense). Now all this other weird stuff is happening. You have to figure out if you really want to use them.

8/15/12
Last posting. I have the City, State of the person who hacked my account - Pompano Beach, FL. I also have the IP address as well as header information. It could be total coincidence and you, again, will have to figure it out. I even have an area code (won't provide that). Since Mike called ''x" number of times and I got locked out of Yahoo around the same time it's very curious. Then someone sent a "remove my posting" email to ustransportreviews from my yahoo account and from the same IP addr. gave a good review. Those are the facts, folks. You figure out if you want to use this company.

This vehicle was apparently scheduled to be moved by prior employees and management. We have a undergone a complete restructuring since this posting and have removed all previous employees and management personnel. We have received nothing but positive reviews since that time, and we operate under the strictest dedication to service excellence with honesty and integrity in every vehicle transport. I have no knowledge of the circumstances in this complaint whatsoever, and, unfortunately, have no way to dispute nor verify its accuracy.
